If you have a question/issue with a theme please include what theme and what version your question relates to. You find this information at the top of the style.css file (see image). If you think it would help, also include the URL to your blog that uses the theme.
Since I’m only mortal I only got time to help you with small things that doesn’t require much time. For things like adding another sidebar, changing the width of a column, adding a logo, etc, you are on your own. I would love to help everyone with whatever they need to get their theme perfect, but I just don’t have the time.
On the Themes and Templates WordPress forum there are a lot of helpful and knowledgeable theme creators that can help you, as long as you ask nicely.
